GlucIQ overlays glucose data on your meal timeline so you can see how food choices affect your blood sugar patterns.
Data Sources
- CGM integration via Apple Health (Dexcom, Libre, etc.)
- Manual entry for finger-stick readings
- Historical import from supported health apps
Trend Views
GlucIQ shows glucose trends in context:
- Meal overlay: See the glucose curve 1–4 hours after each logged meal
- Daily timeline: Full day view with meals, glucose, and insulin events
- Weekly patterns: Spot recurring high or low periods across your week
Time-in-Range
GlucIQ calculates your Time-in-Range (TIR) based on your configured targets. The standard targets are:
- Target range: 70–180 mg/dL (3.9–10 mmol/L)
- Below range: <70 mg/dL (<3.9 mmol/L)
- Above range: >180 mg/dL (>10 mmol/L)
These are customizable in Settings to match your clinician’s recommendations.
Pattern Recognition
Over time, GlucIQ identifies patterns like:
- Foods that consistently cause glucose spikes
- Time-of-day effects on glucose response
- The impact of food order and combinations
