Account Deletion

Delete your GlucIQ account and app data.

GlucIQ will provide an in-app account deletion path for accounts created in the mobile app. Until public launch, deletion requests can be sent by email.

Open settings

In the mobile app, open Profile or Settings and choose account or privacy controls.

Request deletion

Select the account deletion option when available, or email support with the subject Account deletion request.

Confirm identity

We may ask for confirmation that the request came from the account owner before deleting records.

Deletion window

Production deletion timing will be published before public launch. Some records may be retained if required for security, legal, tax, or dispute purposes.
