Integrations
Connect what works. Keep logging when it does not.
GlucIQ should be specific about integration scope. Mobile documentation describes Dexcom and LibreLinkUp connection paths; production reliability remains in launch validation, with manual logging as the fallback when device data is unavailable.
CGM connection paths in launch validation
These paths are documented in the current mobile CGM guide; production reliability is not yet verified by this website repository.
- • Dexcom OAuth connection for Dexcom G6/G7 and Share-compatible accounts
- • FreeStyle Libre via LibreLinkUp email, password, and region
Manual workflows that remain available
GlucIQ should remain useful when device data is incomplete.
- • Manual glucose readings
- • Manual insulin entries
- • Meal records and notes
- • Unified timeline review
Profile-only or planned today
These should not be marketed as live connection flows yet.
- • Dexcom Stelo
- • Abbott Lingo
- • Eversense
- • Medtronic pumps/CGM
- • Apple Health bridge
- • Google Health Connect bridge
Support expectations
A health app earns trust by showing recovery paths.
- • Confirm data in the source app
- • Retry manual sync
- • Keep manual logging while sync recovers
- • Send provider, timestamp, and screenshots to support
If data stops syncing
- 1. Confirm data is present in the source app (Dexcom, Libre, etc.).
- 2. Reconnect the provider from CGM Connections and re-authenticate if needed.
- 3. Keep logging meals, glucose, and insulin manually while sync recovers.
- 4. Contact support with provider, timestamps, screenshots, and the last successful sync time.
Safety boundary
Integration data is for context and review. GlucIQ is not a medical device and does not make or automate dosing decisions.
